Vintage Lusterware Bell

This is a vintage ceramic bell with a colonial scene depicted on it, featuring a couple in 18th-century attire.
It has a purple and gold color scheme, with an iridescent glaze (Lusterware).
The bell is made of porcelain, measuring approximately 5 1/4” tall and approximately 9” in circumference.
Made in Japan is stamped on inside. no cracks, chips or crazing.

Bells like these were often decorative items or used as dinner bells in the past.
